Jill Hubbard, a senior engineer with McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP), has more than 11 years of experience in construction management with specialization in CPM scheduling. Her scheduling experience includes creating baseline schedules, updating schedules, reviewing schedules, contract time determination schedules, and performing TIAs and change orders. Additional experience includes dispute resolution, earned value management, and cost estimating. Projects include bridges, roads, large interchanges, schools, buildings, and government work. She is currently a senior engineer for MBP in Fairfax, VA.
Jill is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia. She is also a planning and scheduling professional and an earned value professional. Jill has a MS in Project Management from The George Washington University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
