Ms. Niyi Ladipo, a project manager with McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP), has more than 24 years of experience in construction management and project management. She has broad experience in the management of building and civil engineering projects from inception to close-out. She has served as site engineer, project engineer, project manager, and senior project manager on multiple civil engineering and building projects.
Ms. Ladipo is experienced in quantity surveying and cost estimating, cost management, value engineering studies, bidding and tendering, earned value management, and CPM scheduling and claims analysis. Her experience spans work in Africa, United Kingdom and the United States. Niyi Ladipo holds a M.S. Construction Management & Economics Degree from University of Greenwich London, England and a B.S. Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
