Vijay Chitla has more than 10 years of diverse experience in Project Management, with specialized knowledge and expertise in Scheduling & Project Controls. His experience includes creating baseline schedules, updating schedules, cost and resource loaded schedules, contract time determination schedules, earned value analysis, risk analysis, performing TIAs, delay analysis, claims avoidance, claims/change order analysis, dispute resolution and cost estimating. Projects experience includes transportation, infrastructural, highway, utilities, commercial, industrial, government, institutional, and IT projects. He currently works as an Advisor at Project Advisors International, LLC.
Vijay is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP). Vijay has a MS in Construction Management from Michigan State University and Bachelors in Architecture from JNTU, India.
